Mary Queen Of Scots drink

Ingredients:
50ml Darnley’s View Spiced Gin
75ml tomato juice
12.5ml freshly squeezed orange juice
juice half lime
2 dashes Tabasco(to taste)
1 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
2 grinds cracked black pepper
2 teaspoons Fino sherry
celery salt

Method:
Run a lime wedge around the rim of the glass and then dip the wet rim into the celery salt. Fill the glass with cubed ice and then pour in Darnley’s View Spiced Gin, tomato, lime and orange juices and the Tabasco and Worcestershire sauces. Float sherry on top and grind black pepper over top.
